Terms and Conditions for Pelagos Cruises

1. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed directly. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 10+ days before the charter 100% refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days: 60% refund unless weather conditions prevent the charter, in which case we offer a rescheduled date or full refund.

3. Charter Duration
Charter durations are as specified in the booking. Extra time is charged at an hourly rate.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must arrive on time. Passengers must follow the captain's instructions and adhere to safety rules. Pelagos Cruises is not responsible for personal belongings.

5. Safety and Behavior
Life jackets must be worn when required. Alcohol consumption is allowed, but clients must behave responsibly. Disruptive behavior may result in the termination of the charter.

6. Weather Conditions
Pelagos Cruises reserves the right to cancel or modify charters due to unsafe weather. In such cases, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

7. Insurance
Our yachts are insured, but clients are liable for damages caused by their actions.

8. Privacy
We handle all personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, ensuring its security.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes will be resolved in Greek courts.

10. Amendments
Pelagos Cruises can modify these terms at any time. Bookings made after any updates will be subject to the new terms.
